Her Charism:  This little handmaid was born in times drawn towards materialistic eccentricity.  Her presence and purpose for being is to give our world a living and true testimony of faith in the Real Presence of Jesus in the Holy Eucharist and  to give others the love they may not find in the world.  Her tender yet passionate prayers are offered for the peace and salvation of their souls.  Therefore, her ideal is to imitate both in her interior and exterior life, the life that Jesus leads in the Blessed Sacrament.  Daily she offers herself as an oblation of love, intimately united to the Sacred Victim of the Altar, for the greater glory of His Eternal Father.  Being with Jesus is the yearning of her heart.  Her ardent desire is that Our Lord in the Blessed Sacrament should never be alone.  Jesus’ own words expressed that His delight is to be with the sons of men.  This is the desire of Jesus’ Heart.  Because her spirituality is also Marian in nature, this nun tries to live each day with fullness as a consecrated servant of Our Immaculate Mother.  The Holy Spirit inspires her to possess the true feelings of the virginal heart of Mary, who called herself the “Handmaid of the Lord.”  Placed under the protection of the Blessed Virgin in the mystery of the Immaculate Conception, the illusion of her imitation fills her life.  Under the sweet shadow of Our Lady, her days pass silently.  With her gaze fixed on the Immaculate Mother, she feels strong and safe in her pilgrimage toward God.  Her contemplative vocation focuses on Adoration, praise, and reparation to the Blessed Sacrament day and night.  This silently “shouts” the primacy of God, bears witness to the transcendent dimension in the human person, and forces them to think and wonder about the meaning of life.  She sees the interest of Jesus’ Heart as her own and this opens her heart to the needs of the Church in an expansion and an embrace of love.  Here is where her apostolic spirit unfolds.  Her life of prayer is cultivated within an environment and climate of silence and reflection.  Because her model is the Holy Family of Nazareth, she too alternates prayer and work that has a religious artistic character: such as embroidering altar linens and liturgical vestments.  With the daily celebration of the Liturgy of the Hours, she publicly participates in the prayer and praise of the Heart of Jesus to the Father, and has two (2) hours of Adoration before the Blessed Sacrament: one during the day and one at night – the latter is strictly devoted to reparation.   †  The two-toned white habit this handmaid wears is a sacred sign of the White Host which she adores and Mary’s Immaculate Conception.  There is a theme that plays in this handmaid’s heart throughout each day as she prays, “As I sing eternally of Your mercies, oh Lord, make a display of Your wonders.”  †
