Her Charism:  Affectionately referred to as “the little daisy of the field,” this Sister is dedicated to the Holy Trinity, the essence of which is God’s Love.  Characterized by aspiring to a life of perfection by giving herself completely to others in love, and to grow in love, she becomes a holocaust for the glory of the Blessed Trinity.  Her goal is to transform her life into a sacrifice of perfect love.  She accepts her crosses, dies to self interiorly, follows Christ especially from Gethsemane to Calvary, and offers herself to the Trinity for the sanctification of priests and the return of separated Christians to unity with the Church.  The source of her spirituality is the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass and Liturgy of the Hours.  Freed of obstacles that impede the perfection of charity, she uses her talents rendering to God three (3) main components of her spirituality: Adoration, Reward, and Apostolate.  Adoration is making her life a constant prayer and every word an incense of Adoration and Thanksgiving in union with the Eucharistic Heart of Jesus and the Immaculate Heart of Mary.  In this way, she Rewards, repairs, and comforts Jesus’ Heart that was pierced on the Cross for our sins.  She follows the example of Mary, her model of faith, to spread the Kingdom of God with humility and love through the apostolates of education for children and youth, catechesis, and healthcare for thousands of God’s Hispanic poor.  This Oblate venerates (honors) Mary especially in the Mystery of her Glorious Assumption into Heaven.  St. Ignatius Loyola is, for this Sister, an example of service to the Church.  She took her motto from him: Ad Majorem Dei Gloriam – For the Greater Glory of God.  Her desire to know Christ and to make Him Known is reflected in her greeting to the other Sisters with her special motto:  Deus Caritas God is Love to remind herself of her charism of love and oblation.  Devoted to the Eucharist, this Sister renders to the Lord that which was asked of St. Margaret Mary Alacoque: to love, glorify, and make reparation to the Divine Heart of Jesus.                                                                                                                                †  When this Oblate pronounces her perpetual vows, she is called by the title of “Mother.”  †
