Her Charism:  This Sister is strictly dedicated to love with all her heart and to practice with all her strength the care of the sick.  Her fourth vow of service to the poor is that special call of Christ to continue His redemptive mission on earth as a merciful Healer.  Simply put, she is to be Jesus for the sick and serve Him in the sick – even at the risk of her own life.  Her special gifts of compassion, healing the sick, and caring for the dying are nourished with sacrifice, vision, and charity.  United to the Holy Virgin of Sorrows, she contributes to the welfare of the whole human family whose joys, hopes, griefs, and anxieties find an echo in her heart, and lovingly cooperates in the building up and growth of the whole Body of Christ.
