SERVANT OF THE TRINITY
Servant of the Trinity – Sister Joseph Maria Tomasi, S.T.C.R. “A bold soul on fire with God’s love is ready to sing to the Lord” “Living the Trinity, Living the Paschal Mystery, Living the Liturgy”
Foundress: Sister John Patrick of the Trinity († originally a School Sister of Christ the King †)
Place: Wichita, Kansas
Year: 2016 A.D.
Her Charism: Embracing Mary’s Fiat as her own, this Sister is a humble handmaid of the Lord immersed in the Trinity. She is an apostle of the liturgy, living the paschal mystery and drawing others to the Source of the true Christian spirit of the Beatitudes. This Sister is called to cast fire on the earth and strives to make her life a doxology in praise of God. Always and everywhere she burns with the priestly Heart of Jesus on Calvary and stands as an intercessor between God and humanity as an instrument of love, forgiveness, and mercy. Her vocation through prayer, charity, and religious silence is to bring truth and healing to replace heartaches, restore unity where there has been division, bring understanding where there has been ignorance, and enhance reverence and nobility where there has been loss of what is sacred. This Sister dwells in the fire that is God so that others may catch fire and spread it. She strives to live a life of holiness with unshaken faith, undiminished hope, and genuine love. While following the marvelous example of the Blessed Virgin Mary who stood firm in her Fiat to the end, this humble Servant (“song from the fire”) bears witness to the holiness of the saints through whom the light of Christ shines forth as through a multi-faceted gem.
