Her Charism: This Sister embraces the Dominican charism of “contemplating and giving to others the fruits of that contemplation.” Since Mary was chosen by God to carry His Son, Jesus, she carries the Word made Flesh (the Truth revealed in Scripture and in song) to others and helps with the religious formation of catechists and college students while promoting the dignity and splendor of worship. She has as her protector and guide “the wisest of the saints and the saint of the wise,” Thomas Aquinas. All is done for the Divine Maternity of Mary. It is Mary who points the way to the Truth and the Life.
