Her Charism: In the spirt of her foundress, St. Marguerite d’Youville, the “Mother of Universal Charity,” this Sister dedicates herself and all she does in Jesus’ name and strives to be a sign of God’s constant and unconditional love for every person. Rooted in the Heart of Jesus, she contemplates and incarnates Gospel values of charity, kindness, compassion, and dignity for the most marginalized members of society, especially the poor and needy. Teaching and care of the sick and the orphans are among her diverse ministries. To each, she brings a heart alive with the love of the poor humble Christ, trusting in the animated spirit of St. Marguerite and always responding with love and charity to meet the needs of our times.
