Her Charism: In the spirit of St. Francis of Assisi and St. Clare, and following in the footsteps of Jesus, this Sister pursues perfect charity through a life of constant conversion and penance. By sharing her Beloved Spouse’s poverty, humility, suffering and self-emptying through her prayer, hard work, care for the destitute and abandoned, and service to the poor and downtrodden, she bears witness to the humble Christ of the Gospel. In this way she experiences personally and intensely the love of Jesus Who emptied Himself on the Cross for us. She considers her apostolic mission and martyrdom a privilege and works tirelessly to proclaim the message of Gospel love through her prayers, gentleness of spirit, simplicity and cheerfulness. This meek yet resolute Sister intercedes before God for the whole world taking up its spiritual motherhood. The only refuge she seeks is in the Sacred Heart of Jesus.
