Place: Charlotte, North Carolina
Year: 2015 A.D.
Her Charism: Devoted to the Pierced Hearts of Jesus and Mary, this Sister becomes a spiritual mother for priests and seminarians. She prays for the wounds of the priesthood and inspires priests to say, “I can do this.” She is a living visible witness – a woman who gives of herself through the veiled mystery of silence, prayerful penance, suddenness, and gentle availability. Serving priests with joy and hope, she supports them in the challenges they face in their vocation and helps lighten their daily burdens. As another Mary at Calvary, this Sister is configured with her Son, Jesus, and stays on the Cross with Him, sharing the same Heart.
