Her Charism: The love of Christ “wounds this Sister’s heart.” Inspired by the humility and joyful witness of the impassioned St. Francis of Assisi, she strives to make the merciful love of Christ visible and credible through her labors with crippled, blind, and invalid women, both young and old. She embodies the elation of St. Elizabeth whose infant, John the Baptist, leapt in her womb the moment she saw the expectant Mary coming to visit and assist her in her hour of need. This Sister is a pro-life advocate who “ruffles the feathers” of the atheistic advocates of euthanasia.
