Sister of Our Lady Immaculate
Sister of Our Lady Immaculate – Sister Bethany Madonna, S.O.L.I. “Fidelitas et Virtus” – “Fidelity and Virtue”
Founders: Reverend William Lloyd Ryan Mother Mary Josephine Mulligan
Place: Guelph, Ontario, Canada
Year: 1977 A.D.
Her Charism: This Sister recognizes the two great needs of the Church at this time: first, the faithful renewal of religious life according to the teachings of the Church, and second, the courageous restoration of the teaching of the Catholic Faith in its fullness to our Catholic people. Striving to live a holy religious life is her primary purpose. From this flows the grace to teach the Faith correctly and boldly in a world that is indifferent to, or no longer recognizes Christ. This is accomplished through a deep love of the Eucharist and true devotion to the Blessed Mother using St. Louis de Montfort’s Total Consecration method. This practice carries her heart into a world that is weighted down with darkness and sorrow. Through education and care for the elderly, she lifts up the world.
