Missionary Sister of the Holy Family
Missionary Sister of the Holy Family – Sister Sasha-Marie Grigori, M.S.F. “I pray that all may be one . . .That the world may believe.”
Foundress: Blessed Boleslawa Lament
Place: Mohylew, Russia
Year: 1905 A.D.
Her Charism: Following the spirituality of St. Ignatius of Loyola, this Sister yearns to live as Jesus, Mary, and Joseph, whose unity was based on the Holy Trinity. She shares the atmosphere, virtues and values of Nazareth with the whole world wherever possible – in education, nursing, and parish ministry – in an attempt to break the division and bring all God’s sons and daughters together. As a true witness of the Gospel, her special mission is to prolong Christ’s prayer at the Last Supper: “I pray that all may be one . . . that the world may believe.” This Sister believes that each tabernacle is the Divine Traveler Who rested at the Samaritan well. Jesus waits for her there to call her into intimate conversation. She understands that spending time with Him puts everything else in perspective.
