Her Charism: Filled with a serene Franciscan spirit, her mission is to spread the glory of God by serving her neighbor in imitation of Christ with zeal for souls. Her foundation is the spirit of family unity and mutual trust which faithfully reflect the virtues of the Holy Family of Nazareth. By compassionately serving God’s poorest souls, her entire life is an emulation of Mary’s humility, simplicity, diligence, and tenderness in her work with orphans and at shelters and hospices with the sick and the dying. Like her sainted founder, her mental attitude is that “the poorer the person and the more abandoned, the closer he or she should be to her heart.”
