Her Charism:  Sent like a lamb into this world, this Sister is a missionary of the Holy Face of Jesus and a mendicant of the Holy Trinity.  She is “a new branch on the tree of the Order of Preachers.”  Shaped by Dominican and Franciscan spirituality, this Little Sister unites the proclamation of the Gospel through preaching with a commitment to the poor.  She keeps the Word of God and ponders it in her heart like Mary and she dearly loves Jesus, the Lamb, Who is poor, crucified, tender, and begging for our love.  Part of her apostolate is to go as a pilgrim on door-to-door missions, praying and  begging for her food which she shares at a table with the poor, destitute and homeless.  As she knocks on doors, begging for bread, to the world it seems she brings nothing to those homes.  In reality, she is bringing the love, the hope, and the joy of Christ to those she visits, inspiring in them and invoking in them a beautiful realization of God’s presence.
